Police Arrest 2 Officers For Killing NSCDC Officer In Presence Of His Family by Ikeboboafri

The Nigerian police has arrested 2 of its officers, for allegedly killing an NSCDC officer yesterday in the presence of his family. Recall that we reported yesterday that Late Ogar Jombo, an Assistant Superintendent of the NSCDC was stopped by the policemen for an alleged violation of traffic rules. He was however beaten to death by the policemen in the presence of his wife and children. The Industrialization efforts of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, will soon receive a major boost as the cassava to ethanol plant at the Ondo /Linyi Industrial Hub within Ore Industrial Park, Ore will soon be ready for operation. Massive work is currently ongoing on the cassava to ethanol plant. The plant is a product of one of the Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) signed between the Akeredolu’s administration and the Linyi Municipal Republic in China during the Governor's visit to China last year. Hope Uzodinma, governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Imo state, says Rocha Okorocha, governor of the state, is dead politically. Reacting to the comment Okorocha made on the loss of the APC in the gubernatorial election, Uzodinma said the governor is looking for scapegoats for his failure.
